Tom Dufek
Chief Financial Officer
Thomas N. Dufek, CPA is the Chief Financial Officer of Bradley & Parker. He is the financial liaison between the executive management team and the entire organization. Additionally, he collaborates with the CEO on financial, tax and other key matters including mergers and acquisitions. A critical part of his role is the oversight of finance as well as participating in preparation and reporting on budget and projection data for the organization.
Mr. Dufek has been advising Bradley & Parker since the mid-1980s and, because of his financial expertise in the insurance industry, has held executive positions and ownership interests in entities with annual revenues ranging from $5MM to $250MM. His career has included both evaluation, insurance programs and related negotiations for hundreds of businesses over several decades.
Since 2002, Mr. Dufek has been president of Dufek & Associates, providing financial consulting and management advisory services to closely held businesses, not-for-profit organizations and high net worth individuals. An alumnus of Hofstra University in Hempstead, NY, he is passionate about helping educational and philanthropic organizations. His hobbies include cooking, photography and writing. He lives in Huntington, NY with his wife, Nancy. They have three grown sons and four grandchildren.
