Michael Misiti is a Senior Vice President and Sales Manager at Bradley & Parker, with 25 years of property and casualty insurance client experience. He takes a hands-on, consultative approach, helping businesses and individuals identify exposures, evaluate their insurance programs, and develop solutions that protect their assets and support their long-term goals.
Mr. Misiti works with not-for-profit organizations, trade contractors, manufacturers, condominium and cooperative associations, and high-net-worth individuals. His experience in these sectors helps him understand the unique challenges his clients face and guide them through an increasingly complex insurance marketplace.
Beyond traditional property and casualty insurance, Mike helps clients explore alternative risk management strategies, including captive insurance programs. Working with Bradley & Parker’s employee benefits team, he connects clients with traditional employee benefits programs as well as PEO solutions that can help businesses address employee health insurance, payroll, human resources, and other workforce needs.
Since joining Bradley & Parker in 2003, Mike has built his practice around long-term relationships, responsiveness, and a commitment to being a trusted resource. As Sales Manager, he oversees the sales team and coordinates across departments while continuing to produce new business and manage an extensive portfolio of client relationships.
Prior to joining Bradley & Parker, Mike worked with Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services and Morgan Stanley. He is a graduate of Towson University and a multiple-time recipient of Bradley & Parker’s James J. Lavery Award for excellence.
Mike remains active on various boards and committees and is a past honoree of the Long Island Alzheimer’s and Dementia Center.
