Tom Dufek is a sales executive at Bradley & Parker with Property & Casualty insurance licenses in Maryland and New York, specializing in Commercial Coverages as well as Private Client Services.
Prior to joining Bradley & Parker Mr. Dufek built a sales and sales training career with Empire Today, one of the largest privately held home improvement companies in the US. During his tenure he was the inaugural recipient of the Empire Elite Producer of the year.
A co-founder of a financial wellness organization, he maintains his certification as a personal finance educator and remains involved working with non-profit leaders throughout his community.
Tom is passionate about Brazilian jiu-jitsu and playing Men’s League Hockey. He resides in Frederick, Maryland along with his wife, Jamie, and their two children, Charlie and Claire.
